Description

You will design and implement big data processing workflows within a Google Cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain big data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Manage data warehousing and analytics tasks using BigQuery.
• Operate independently to solve technical problems with minimal support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala with Spark, including extensive PySpark experience.
• Mandatory expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced knowledge of BigQuery (BQ).
• Strong SQL skills, including Spark SQL, DataFrames, and Datasets.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts.

Preferred Skills

• GCP certification.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL schemas.
• Knowledge of AI/ML.
