You will support cloud infrastructure, automation, and service reliability while driving technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectures for new services and prepare technical specifications based on industry best practices.
• Apply evidence-based approaches to solve service problems in real time to ensure fast recovery.
• Automate tasks using integration pipelines, microservices, and custom software.
• Communicate complex technical information and designs clearly to various audiences.
• Coach team members through complex issues to help upskill yourself and your peers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of progressive technology experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Programming proficiency in at least one high-level language such as Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies like Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience administering Windows or Linux servers.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent level of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Experience building Golden Machine Images in the cloud.
• Experience with OS patch management and patch automation.
