Description

You will operate within a 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre, handling escalated production issues and owning customer issues from initial report through to full resolution.

Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems to identify permanent solutions.
• Guide L2 engineers and junior staff to ensure effective troubleshooting and role performance.
• Manage production, staging, and dev environments while adhering to established SLAs.
• Work rotational shifts to support continuous network operations and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in cloud or systems environments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
• Strong networking knowledge covering LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation exposure.
• Experience using ticketing systems and working within ITIL processes.
• Ability to manage web server configuration, fine-tuning, and management.
• Direct experience in customer interaction and technical communication.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud certifications at the Professional level.
• Formal certification in Database or Windows administration.
