Description

You will manage escalated production issues in a 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre, owning customer issues from initial report through to full resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems to meet SLA requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to ensure effective performance.
• Manage web server configuration, fine-tuning, and maintenance.
• Interact directly with customers to resolve issues and guide them through fixes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical operations or cloud environments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
• Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database administration.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and automation exposure.
• Experience using ticketing systems and following ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Professional level certifications.
• Experience setting up production, staging, and dev environments on AWS.
