Description

You will manage escalated production issues and provide technical resolutions within a 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial report through full resolution, adhering strictly to SLAs.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical problems to identify and implement permanent solutions.
• Guide L1 engineers, assisting them with troubleshooting steps and daily operational tasks.
• Manage web server configuration, fine-tuning, and ongoing maintenance.
• Participate in rotational shifts to support continuous 24/7 operations.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in cloud or systems environments.
• Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with Cloud computing, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Experience in direct customer interaction and technical communication.
