Description

You will support critical enterprise tools like HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager, providing on-call troubleshooting and strategic client communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support and lead troubleshooting sessions with application teams for enterprise tools.
• Manage AWS capacity, monitoring, and core service integrations.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
• Document engineering solutions and designs.
• Evaluate technical strategies to deepen client relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud SRE activities.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Config, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• General understanding of LDAP, networking, firewalls, load balancing, and federated identity.
