Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure across multi-account GCP environments and hybrid setups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure using code, following software engineering best practices.
• Implement GCP networking components, including VPCs, subnets, NACLs, Transit Gateways, and load balancers.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting to minimize manual intervention.
• Manage CI/CD/CT pipelines to support zero-downtime deployments and multi-regional clusters.
• Execute cloud operations including DNS, backups, cost optimization, and patch management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on GCP networking expertise: VPC, subnets, NACL, Transit Gateway, and route tables.
• Proficiency with GCP Security services (IAM, resource/service control policies, Secrets Manager).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Golang, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD/CT workflows using GitHub Actions, Codefresh, or Jenkins.
• Experience with GKE (standard and autopilot) and GCP integration patterns.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and subnet calculation.
• Expertise with Git workflows and managing large source code repositories.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FinOps and capacity management.
• Experience creating runners and Docker images.
