Description

• Lead cloud data integration and engineering across state agencies.
• Build and modernize secure cloud data pipelines using Azure, AWS, or SAS Viya.
• Convert legacy SFTP, Azure Blob, and batch processes into automated cloud-native solutions.
• Develop ETL pipelines with orchestration, error handling, validation, monitoring, and data lineage.
• Build cloud data warehouses/lakehouses using Bronze, Silver, and Gold (Medallion) architecture.
• Manage data quality, metadata, governance, storage, and partitioning.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CJIS, NIST, and security/privacy policies.
• Work with architects, security teams, vendors, and state agencies.
• Support IAM, networking, distributed storage/compute, and DevSecOps.
• Evaluate new cloud and AI-assisted tools to improve data engineering and automation.
