Description

You will manage and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OpenShift environments. Responsibilities include managing environment incidents with a focus on rapid service restoration and owning day-to-day operations to proactively maintain infrastructure stability. You will lead and articulate technical updates during CAB calls, client meetings, and MIM calls. Additionally, you will administer servers, backups, storage, and network devices across GCP, Windows, and Linux, and execute change, incident, and problem management processes using ServiceNow and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OpenShift.
• Resolve environment incidents with a focus on rapid service restoration.
• Administer servers, backups, storage, and network devices across GCP, Windows, and Linux.
• Execute change, incident, and problem management processes using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Lead and articulate technical updates during CAB calls, client meetings, and MIM calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• 2+ years managing infrastructure on Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
• 2+ years of Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD workflows.
• Working knowledge of monitoring and dashboarding tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Strong understanding of cloud storage, compute, and networking concepts.
• Experience administering both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Certification.
