Description

You will manage cloud infrastructure and support operations using AWS and Terraform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets and incidents using AWS and Terraform, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Conduct root cause and trend analyses with AWS tools to improve system performance.
• Validate change order implementation plans and assess compliance during capacity planning.
• Mentor team members by preparing Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining documentation.
• Engage with customers to understand issues and ensure satisfaction with support services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), specifically AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause and trend analysis.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer interaction.
