Description

You will manage and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OpenShift environments, ensuring stability and rapid incident restoration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OpenShift.
• Resolve environment incidents with a focus on rapid service restoration.
• Administer servers, backups, storage, and network devices across GCP, Windows, and Linux.
• Execute change, incident, and problem management processes using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Lead technical updates during CAB, client, and MIM calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• 2+ years managing infrastructure on Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
• 2+ years of Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Strong understanding of cloud storage, compute, and networking concepts.
• Experience administering both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Certification.
