Description

You will manage and improve build and release processes while enhancing developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current code build and release processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Break down technical work into manageable tasks and ensure timely ticket completion.
• Identify gaps in developer experience and suggest actionable improvements.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management and communicate potential risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Linux-based infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience developing with object-oriented programming languages, specifically Python or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of DevEx metrics, including DORA, SPACE, and Accelerate.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
