You will design, build, and validate foundational data-centric capabilities for resilient infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data and cloud solutions using Azure.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance on Oracle (PL/SQL).
• Develop and support ETL strategies, data pipelines, and distributed applications.
• Apply resiliency and stability design principles using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Mentor junior data engineering associates and document technical architectures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and cloud engineering.
• Expertise in Oracle (PL/SQL) and SQL performance tuning.
• Proven experience with public cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Proficiency in ETL development and data pipeline design.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex system designs.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and distributed application development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
