Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft and AWS cloud environments while providing escalated technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and AWS environments.
• Implement Microsoft Intune and oversee Azure Cloud Architecture design.
• Document cloud infrastructure and resolve incidents via ticket tracking systems.
• Provide escalated support to Help Desk Technicians for software, hardware, and system errors.
• Project manage large-scale implementations and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and AWS.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity technologies including MFA, DUO, and MDM.
• Microsoft Azure Certifications and AWS Certifications.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation, including night shifts.
