Description

Manage and optimize cloud-native solutions on Google Kubernetes Engine.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage containerized applications on GKE clusters.
• Support and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging GKE.
• Optimize cluster performance and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot GKE-related issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GKE and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in cloud computing concepts including IaC, networking, and storage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of GKE AutoPilot and GKE Multi-Cluster Management.
• Experience with Istio or service mesh technologies.
