Description

You will manage and maintain cloud-native solutions with a primary focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support cloud-native architectures leveraging GKE.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on the GKE platform.
• Optimize cluster performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with developers to containerize applications.
• Troubleshoot GKE-related issues and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GKE and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in containerization technologies.
• Expertise in cloud computing concepts including IaC, networking, and storage.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Istio, or service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of GKE Autopilot or Multi-Cluster Management.
