Description

You will serve as the final technical escalation point for the support organization, resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-priority incidents across customer environments.
• Act as the technical escalation point for NOC, Level I, and Level II engineers, providing mentorship and coaching.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Terraform to streamline infrastructure management.
• Review support cases, identify recurring trends, and drive long-term problem resolution through technical knowledge base contributions.
• Support customer-facing activities, including on-call rotations, technical reviews, and critical account onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Python for developing automation and scripting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong expertise with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-priority incidents and conduct effective crisis management.
• Proven track record of mentoring and training technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HashiCorp and CyberArk for infrastructure automation and privileged access management.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with architects and project managers.
