Cloud Engineer

You will lead data migration and cloud implementation projects within GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and develop end-to-end data migration processes and solutions.
• Analyze data transformation methods to move content into new environment or database structures.
• Develop automation, processes, and standards to improve migration efficiency and performance.
• Perform data migration audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
• Manage cross-program data assurance for transforming data items between source and target systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management and Data Engineering.
• At least one year of mandatory hands-on experience with GCP.
• Expertise in Hadoop components and Hive.
• Proficiency with BigQuery, SQL, and GCS Buckets.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modelling and Data Migration solutioning.
• Experience with cloud implementation and scripting.
• Ability to provide change and support documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
