Description

You will manage and support core systems infrastructure, cloud environments, and telecommunications networks. You will re-engineer system processes to enhance departmental efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support core systems infrastructure, including cloud-based call routing and Microsoft Teams.
• Execute P2V migration strategies and manage physical and virtualized systems using VMWare.
• Evaluate departmental needs and IT projects to enhance efficiencies and re-engineer system processes.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Update and maintain IT knowledgebase documentation according to predefined standards.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in an IT role supporting enterprise-class infrastructure.
• AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, and M365.
• Advanced knowledge of networking, including routing, switching, firewall configuration, IPS/IDS, and 802.11x wireless.
• Advanced experience with on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Group Policy.
• Advanced knowledge of VDI, hyper-converged technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and client operating systems.
• Experience with CiscoPrime, Solarwinds, and other network monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, Visio, MS Project, and Microsoft VMWare.

Preferred Skills

• AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) certification.
