Description

You will manage cloud operations, security compliance, and incident response across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major Incident Management (MIM) for priority 1 incidents, including coordination, documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance by creating, modifying, and deleting cloud alerts and application workloads.
• Implement automated remediation for recurring incidents and develop advanced automated sequences.
• Execute patch management for cluster environments, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.
• Resolve security alerts, ensure compliance with security requirements, and manage certificate renewals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of operational experience in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• In-depth knowledge of networking and connectivity via AWS Direct Connect or Azure ExpressRoute.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Python and React.
• Strong understanding of cloud security controls and implementation standards.
• Experience with file-level restorations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
