Description

You own the design, maintenance, and operation of cloud infrastructure, including application deployment and platform service implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain applications for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within AWS environments, covering network, security, storage, and compute.
• Drive technical decisions and design discussions for platform services.
• Automate routine operational tasks to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Manage code deployment and releases via GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in application support and maintenance.
• 5+ years professional experience with AWS or other cloud architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• 3+ years of programming in Python.
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines integrated with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security practices and AWS IAM roles/policies.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs with third-party services.

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
