Description

You will design, develop, document, test, and debug new configuration management infrastructure as code from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, engineer, configure, and deploy AWS and other infrastructure technologies with internal teams.
  • Develop self-service infrastructure provisioning, delivery pipelines, logging, and monitoring services with System Operations.
  • Update system documentation as required.
  • Install and manage applications and servers, covering both physical and virtual types.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the infrastructure, managing monitoring, alerting, backups, and storage.

Required Skills

  • 7 to 10 years of directly related experience, including 3 to 5 years of operational experience.
  • Extensive experience with Terraform.
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure environments (ECS, EC2, API, S3, Lambda).
  • Strong understanding of general AWS Architecture and AWS regional Disaster Recovery.
  • Proficiency with AWS services including AWS API Gateway, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Linux server operating systems and networking.
  • Experience managing public cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with back-office systems administration (antivirus, backups, anti-spam).
  • Sophisticated understanding of ports, protocols, and routing in a firewalled network.
