Description

You will work on a technical support team providing services to clients across various hardware and software environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and requirements, assessing alternative architectures and industry trends.
• Design services according to client standards and vendor best practices.
• Maintain and develop automation scripts using tools like Cloud Watch, Splunk, and New Relic.
• Plan and implement small to medium scale changes and assist with major system upgrades on production systems.
• Create and review technical system recovery plans and assist with disaster recovery testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cloud administration (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise-level operations team.
• Proficiency with Windows environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Watch, Splunk, New Relic).
• Knowledge of OEM and related vendor technologies.
• Ability to perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• AZ-104 or MCSE certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
