Description

You will manage and optimize large-scale web platform operations, focusing on CDN, WAF, and security tool integration. You will own the release pipeline, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform, application, server, and network issues.
• Integrate CDN, WAF, and bot mitigation tools to protect client websites and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with application owners, architects, and security teams to tune security policies.
• Analyze, design, and maintain automation tasks for platform and system engineering.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues within Web Platform Operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability, DevOps, or system infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure services including GCP and AWS.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, and TCP.
• Proficiency in Windows operating system administration.
• Strong scripting and coding ability across multiple languages.
• Experience optimizing reliability, performance, and scaling technical infrastructure.
• Ability to work weekend and extended on-call shifts to address unforeseen issues.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven system reconfiguration and improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
