Cloud Engineering Leader

You will lead the cloud engineering team and drive the technical strategy for cloud-agnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the engineering team through recruitment, mentoring, and developing upskilling programs.
• Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and developing strong client relationships.
• Deliver tailored cloud strategies and technical oversight for high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with sales, DevOps, security, and data teams to integrate cloud solutions.
• Strengthen cloud-agnostic offerings across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience scaling teams, including hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Expertise in cloud-agnostic architectures and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience delivering solutions within the financial services industry and managing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex cloud strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in business development and expanding client portfolios.
• Strong background in cloud strategy development and delivery.
