Own the financial operations and cost optimization of multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily usage patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive resource right-sizing.
• Design, implement, and enforce cloud resource tagging and naming conventions for accurate cost allocation.
• Investigate sudden cost spikes, collaborating with DevOps teams to root-cause issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage enterprise showback/chargeback models, translating billing data into actionable insights for finance.
• Maintain high availability during business hours to respond rapidly to cost anomalies and alerts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud financial operations.
• Deep technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures including compute, storage, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Apptio and CloudAbility in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in navigating complex cloud pricing models such as Savings Plans, RIs, and Spot Instances.
• Strong understanding of automated tagging policies, compliance remediation, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or financial field.

Preferred Skills

• FinOps Certified Practitioner certification.
• AWS or Azure technical certifications.
