Description

You will manage application performance and infrastructure stability within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and availability using GCP tools such as Cloud Logger.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve support efficiency and cost-optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation for application configurations, workflows, and known issues.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve integration and requirement issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations or application support.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Compute Engine.
• Experience managing Cloud Run and App Engine environments.
• Proficiency with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Knowledge of Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub services.
• Ability to diagnose application, infrastructure, and network-related issues.
• Experience with log analysis, debugging tools, and error tracking systems.
• Ability to manage incident resolution within defined SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated remediation scripts.
