Description

You will provision and automate the cloud infrastructure for an enterprise GenAI platform across Google Cloud Platform and Azure, focusing on IaaS/PaaS rather than application development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provision secure, repeatable cloud environments for GenAI consumers, including GCP projects and Azure resource groups.
• Author and maintain Terraform modules to automate infrastructure creation, IAM setup, and network security baselines.
• Deploy and troubleshoot containerized services, debugging runtime issues, image builds, and Kubernetes cluster behavior.
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues across cloud consoles, IAM permissions, and container integrations.
• Coordinate with security and operations teams to ensure provisioning standards and access controls are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (projects, IAM, service enablement).
• 5+ years experience with Azure (subscriptions, resource groups, IAM/RBAC).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Terraform, including state management and modularization.
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes (deployments, services, configmaps, secrets).
• 3+ years experience with Docker and container runtime debugging.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud access, container failures, and API connectivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GenAI governance concepts, such as policy enforcement and guardrails.
• Experience diagnosing API gateway throttling patterns.
