Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Time and Labor Cloud module.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Time and Labor Cloud implementations, covering requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
Design and create custom Time Entry, Validation, Processing, and Calculation rules.
Integrate Time and Labor functionally with clock-in/out devices and biometric hardware.
Collaborate with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Finance, and Project Costing tracks to ensure seamless module integration.
Partner with technical workstreams to provide expertise for interface and report design.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end OTL implementation projects, specifically within the US.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
Experience building custom OTL reports using BI Publisher (BIP).
Experience with PaaS pages for custom integrations between Oracle Fusion (OTL) and third-party biometric systems.
Functional expertise in biometric integrations with the standard OTL module.
Ability to manage full project life-cycle phases from design to deployment.
Strong client-facing skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
