Description

Lead end-to-end implementations and design of the Oracle Time and Labor Cloud module, covering requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Time Entry, Validation, Processing, and Calculation rules.
• Integrate Time and Labor functionally with clock-in/out devices and biometric hardware.
• Collaborate with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Finance, and Project Costing tracks for seamless module integration.
• Partner with technical workstreams to provide expertise for interface and report design.
• Manage full project life-cycle phases from design to deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end OTL implementation projects, specifically within the US.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
• Experience building custom OTL reports using BI Publisher (BIP).
• Experience with PaaS pages for custom integrations between Oracle Fusion (OTL) and third-party biometric systems.
• Functional expertise in biometric integrations with the standard OTL module.
• Strong client-facing skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage full project life-cycle phases from design to deployment.
