Description

Provide technical support and guidance to cloud customers as a WordPress expert.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress and hosting-related issues via voice, chat, and ticket channels.
• Guide customers through the configuration and use of plugins and themes.
• Develop new training materials, learning resources, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify bugs and defects to prioritize issue resolution through Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of WordPress troubleshooting and management.
• Proficiency with web-based technologies.
• Experience communicating technical solutions via voice, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Ability to diagnose complex hosting problems using critical thinking.
• Strong interest in teaching web technologies to others.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in cloud hosting support.
