Description

You will design and secure identity infrastructure across Azure environments, owning Entra ID and Azure AD implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and cross-tenant federation access.
• Analyze Entra sign-in and audit logs to identify security risks and enforce compliance.
• Operate independently in complex identity environments, ensuring robust security posture.
• Integrate hybrid Active Directory with cloud identity solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365 identity requirements and cloud infrastructure alignment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience (15+ preferred) in identity and access management.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience with Entra ID and Azure AD.
• Expertise in configuring Conditional Access policies and PIM.
• Experience managing cross-tenant access and federation.
• Ability to analyze Entra sign-in and audit logs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 identity components.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CCSP certification.
• Microsoft or Azure IAM certifications.
