Description

Implement and operate Cloud IAM solutions within Agile Release Trains using a hub-and-spoke model.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own ART-level work intake, backlogs, incidents, and service tickets to enable platform standardization.
• Design and implement AWS IAM solutions, including role creation, modification, and permission security checks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Assurance, and engineering teams to define and manage cloud governance controls.
• Automate IAM processes and configurations through scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide break-fix troubleshooting support and maintain architectural documentation for all products in your ART.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing automated solutions using Python scripts, modules, and packages.
• 4+ years of experience engineering AWS IAM and AWS Security solutions.
• 4+ years of experience managing AWS IAM Policies, SAML Roles, Cross-Account Roles, and Service-Link Roles.
• 4+ years of experience developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions via Terraform.
• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD automation using Bitbucket, Jenkins, EKS, ECR, and Chef.
• Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, Identity Center, Access Analyzer, and associated PaaS/IaaS services.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and cloud governance.
• Experience managing vulnerability, regulatory compliance, and service delivery within AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Matrix teams and contributing to PI planning.
• Ability to drive technical requirements between product owners and engineering teams.
