Description

Own the design, implementation, and operational support of AWS IAM infrastructure and identity management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage AWS IAM policies, SAML roles, cross-account roles, and service-linked roles with strict access conditions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform for IAM and related AWS services.
• Implement and support CI/CD automation pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, EKS, and ECR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and vulnerability management through rigorous identity and access management practices.
• Apply AWS best practices for identity center, access analyzer, and landing zone governance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience planning, building, and managing AWS IAM policies and roles.
• 4+ years of experience in AWS IAM process development and operational support.
• 4+ years of experience developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions via Terraform.
• 5+ years in CI/CD automation using industry standard tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, EKS, ECR, Chef).
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices on AWS.
• Experience with AWS Identity Center, Access Analyzer, and associated PaaS/IaaS services.
• Knowledge of governance policies within public cloud environments and AWS Landing Zone builds.
