Description

Architect and manage identity and access management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable IAM solutions for cloud-based applications and services.
• Manage the end-to-end user identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access revocation.
• Implement and maintain SSO solutions and identity federation with external providers.
• Define and enforce RBAC policies and security controls to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and generate compliance reports.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in cloud IAM within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python Lambda functions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards like NIST, GDPR, or HIPAA.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Certified Identity and Access Management Professional certifications.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
