Description

You will lead the strategic planning and technical direction for large-scale, mission-critical cloud and enterprise infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams of architects, programmers, analysts, and testers across complex, large-scale technology projects.
• Develop strategic goals, tactical objectives, and long-range roadmaps for mission-critical systems and cloud technologies.
• Manage application migration projects and cloud solutioning across diverse environments, including in-house, colocation, hosted, SaaS, and cloud datacenters.
• Establish enterprise technical policies and standards to support organizational objectives.
• Drive consensus among disparate groups with competing agendas and communicate technical roadmaps to executive management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in senior management directing complex, large-scale technology programs.
• 7+ years of experience in leadership, planning, forecasting, and resource identification for enterprise programs.
• 10+ years of experience developing long-range roadmaps for mission-critical systems and cloud technologies.
• 7+ years of vendor management experience.
• Proven expertise in cloud solutioning and migration projects.
• Deep experience managing projects across multiple datacenter models (in-house, colocation, hosted, SaaS, and cloud).
• Strong system analysis skills spanning the complete project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery methodologies.
• Experience in both private and public sectors, specifically state government.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-visibility portfolios with multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Ability to perform program cost, procurement, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
