Description

You will design, build, and secure enterprise-scale cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code principles, primarily within Microsoft Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modular, reusable Terraform codebases and manage infrastructure as production-grade code.
• Implement Azure Landing Zones and foundational cloud architectures for greenfield builds and migrations.
• Design secure Azure networking, enforcing private connectivity and zero-trust communication patterns.
• Implement identity controls using Managed Identities and Entra ID RBAC, enforcing least-privilege access.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost in partnership with application and security teams.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency with Terraform, including modules, state management, and CI/CD integration.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking, identity, and security constructs.
• Strong background in software engineering principles and Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience building and managing infrastructure using CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Ability to enforce security guardrails using Azure Policy.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
