Description

You will manage and maintain the infrastructure supporting 24/7 web-based client-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor key infrastructure to ensure high availability for 24/7 services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents impacting service.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, quality, and scalability.
• Implement approved changes to the infrastructure to enable faster, safer engineering delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with cloud hosting platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and IIS.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience managing database platforms such as MSSQL.
• Background working in highly available, 24/7 customer-facing environments.
• Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with compliance standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, or FedRAMP.
• Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.
