Description

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services on Azure for web and API-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to deliver compliant environments.
• Operate Azure Kubernetes Service clusters, handling deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting across dev, test, and prod.
• Support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and manage Argo CD for automated deployments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and costs using Prometheus and Grafana to identify optimization opportunities.
• Enforce security, governance, and compliance controls, including managing certificates for website uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud or Infrastructure Engineer, primarily in Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized workloads.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of networking, identity, access management, and cloud security principles.
• Proficiency with Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow.
• Knowledge of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery design.
• Familiarity with React and .NET application stacks from a platform support perspective.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Azure Policy and governance frameworks.
• Exposure to monitoring tools including Loki and OpenTelemetry.
