Description

You will design, deploy, and manage scalable hybrid cloud environments across VMware and AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead migrations from VMware to Spectro Cloud VMO, focusing on KubeVirt virtualization.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud infrastructure across VMware and AWS platforms.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Spectro Cloud and automation tools.
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code practices and CI/CD integrations.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, including architecture and administration.
• Proven knowledge of AWS core services and Kubernetes (EKS or upstream distributions).
• In-depth understanding of KubeVirt architecture, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Strong working knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with VMO concepts, architecture, and operations.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, storage, and security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
