Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation for provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and incident response using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Monitor system reliability, capacity, and performance to proactively detect and address issues.
• Respond to production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and lead post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with software engineering and security teams to ensure services meet reliability standards.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and conduct post-mortem reviews.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience administering cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), covering networking, security, containerization, and serverless technologies.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of observability tools for setting up and maintaining monitoring dashboards, logs, and metrics.
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployments.
• Understanding of setting and monitoring Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
