Description

You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale microservices on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based microservices that adhere to infrastructure security and platform requirements.
• Automate microservices deployment and scaling processes using cloud-native tools.
• Review current microservices ecosystems to recommend design pattern optimizations and best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate services with secure gateways and production guardrails.
• Provide technical guidance on microservices construction, orchestration, and API development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proven experience designing and deploying microservices architecture at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
• Experience implementing cloud services with guardrails and controls for financial services compliance.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD and cloud monitoring.
• Deep understanding of microservices design patterns and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with secure gateway integration and production guardrails.
• Background in financial services compliance.
