Description

You will lead the migration of enterprise applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Red Hat OpenShift, owning the technical execution and stability of the transition.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assess current PCF application architectures to define and plan migration paths.
• Execute application migrations to OpenShift with minimal downtime.
• Implement and fine-tune container orchestration, performance, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Document post-migration environments and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with enterprise container platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and PCF.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Harness.
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting using Shell and Helm.
• Experience with Autosys.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helm chart development and management.
• Background in automating complex multi-cloud migrations.
