Description

You will lead the migration of Atlassian tools from Data Center environments to Atlassian Cloud (SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud.
• Manage Atlassian migration tools including Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
• Assess third-party plugin compatibility with Atlassian Cloud environments.
• Configure user management, SSO, and integrations with identity providers like Okta or Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and technical blockers throughout the transition process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving system administration.
• Proven track record migrating Jira and Confluence from Data Center to SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence architecture, configuration, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistants.
• Experience managing user identity via SSO and providers such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Proficiency with Linux and Java.
• Experience with AWS, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
