Description

You own cloud infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and NOC operations using Azure, Zabbix, and Splunk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications via Zabbix dashboards and alerts.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution per SLAs.
• Analyze logs using Splunk to support troubleshooting and incident investigation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks and follow runbooks/SOPs for operational support.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in cloud monitoring, NOC, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud monitoring and operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing.
• Experience with Zabbix monitoring, dashboards, and alert management.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Basic knowledge of Splunk log search and analysis.
• B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), or M.Tech in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
