Description

You will develop within a large polyglot codebase using pair programming and Test Driven Development (TDD). You will research complex problems, break them into actionable parts, and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a large polyglot codebase while learning new patterns and languages.
• Engage in full-time pair programming and exchange continuous feedback with teammates.
• Research complex problems and break them into discrete, actionable parts.
• Perform log analysis, metric analysis, and data visualization.
• Mentor other engineers in a professional setting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional programming experience.
• Java 11 and Spring/Spring Boot.
• VueJS, Angular, and NoSQL databases.
• AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry/Tanzu Application Service.
• Git, GitHub, and Concourse.
• Experience with log analysis, streaming data, and streaming metrics.
• Proficiency with IntelliJ, MacOS, and Postman.
• Use of Dynatrace, Humio, SonarQube, JMeter, YourKit, Swagger-UI, and Rally.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a pair programming environment.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
