Description

You will design and architect high-volume, mission-critical telecom applications and network operations workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage device activation, provisioning, and network operations workflows.
• Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes in production.
• Architect microservices using RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Develop Splunk queries, dashboards, and alerts for proactive monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
• 5+ years of experience in the Telecom domain.
• Expert-level proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Deep understanding of DOCSIS and SONU standards and device functionalities.
• Expertise with ACS Adapter technologies for device management.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes management and production troubleshooting.
• In-depth experience with Splunk log monitoring and dashboard creation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
