Description

You will design, deploy, and manage secure cloud networking infrastructure within AWS, focusing on connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain networking configurations using IaC tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Design and implement AWS networking solutions, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, and NAT gateways.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers to establish reliable connections across on-premises and AWS environments.
• Manage and monitor AWS Direct Connect and Site-to-Site VPN connections to ensure secure hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues in complex, multi-vendor environments and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud network engineering.
• Strong proficiency in BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Deep knowledge of AWS networking services, including VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, and Transit Gateway.
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and network components.
• Ability to manage firewall rules and access controls to secure hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex network environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced routing protocol optimization for secure data flows.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and compliance standards.
