Manage daily cloud operations and infrastructure stability for the Toronto-based team, ensuring system performance and availability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cloud operations tasks to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain the stability and integrity of cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance metrics and availability levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents promptly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components.
• Proven ability to monitor and maintain system availability.
• Experience with daily operational task management.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site Toronto location.
