Description

Manage cloud infrastructure stability and incident response in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical IT and Telecom service interruptions by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
• Protect system availability through active incident, problem, and change management.
• Monitor systems for faults and implement tool or process changes to improve alerting.
• Participate in major incident response teams for escalations and real-time monitoring.
• Document technical processes and incident findings clearly.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Support, or IT Major Incident Management.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Zabbix, or SCOM.
• Experience with distributed systems administration across Windows, Unix, Linux, and VMWare.
• Scripting or programming skills in Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, or Bash/sh.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps principles.
• Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven environments.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with the SDLC lifecycle.
• Ability to provide on-call support in a 24/7 environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• ITIL best practices knowledge or certification.
• Experience with DevOps application performance tuning.
